Moist Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies

These rich and chocolatey brownies absolutely hit the spot. You won't miss the gluten one bit.

Oven temperature: 350 F

Dry Ingredients:
• ¾ cup milled whole grain Glenn’s Floury Corn
• ½ cup + 2 tbsp coco powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking powder
* Optional 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans.

Wet Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp
• 2 eggs
• ½ tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
• Combine the dry ingredients in a dedicated bowl.
• Cream together butter and sugar, followed by the eggs and vanilla.
• Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
• Add coarsely-chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.
• Prepare an 8in x 8in baking pan with parchment paper or oiled- sides.
• Pour batter evenly into pan.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes.
• Cool (enough to not burn your tongue) and enjoy!
